TBN 400 Detergent Additive
Description
This Super High-Based Synthetic Magnesium Sulfonate is a premium lubricant detergent additive developed through technical collaboration with the Sinopec Research Institute of Petroleum Processing. It is produced via the neutralization and high-base reaction of long-chain alkyl benzene sulfonate, resulting in a high-performance metal detergent with a Total Base Number (TBN) of 403.5 mg KOH/g.
The product delivers excellent acid neutralization, high-temperature detergency, and strong anti-rust properties, making it highly suitable for a wide range of internal combustion engine (ICE) oils, including heavy-duty diesel formulations and marine applications requiring enhanced alkalinity retention.
