N600
Description:
N600 is a very high-viscosity Group II base oil produced via hydrocracking and severe hydrotreating of high-quality paraffinic crude oil. With its strong film-forming capability, excellent oxidative stability, and low sulfur content, N600 is ideally suited for use in heavy-duty lubricants, industrial gear oils, marine oils, and grease production. Its high viscosity makes it particularly effective in formulations that require enhanced load protection and thermal stability.
Production Process:
-
Hydrocracking / Hydrotreating: Deeply saturates the oil, removing aromatics and sulfur for improved cleanliness and oxidation resistance
-
Isodewaxing: Improves pour point and cold-flow behavior
-
Hydrofinishing: Polishes the oil for color stability, purity, and extended service life
Key Technical Properties (Typical Values):
