OZ 3511 – Ashless Boronized Dispersant
High Molecular Weight PIB Succinimide Dispersant for Gasoline and Diesel Engine Oils

Description:
OZ 3511 is a boronized, high molecular weight ashless dispersant derived from high-reactive polyisobutylene (PIB) succinimide, designed for use in advanced engine oil formulations. Free from chlorine and environmentally compliant, this additive provides excellent low-temperature sludge control, soot dispersion, and high-temperature detergency, while also contributing to oxidation stability and wear protection. It is particularly effective in modern gasoline and diesel engine oils, including API SG/CF-4 and higher categories.

Key Features:

  • Superior sludge and soot dispersancy – controls deposits in both low and high temperatures

  • Excellent detergency – maintains cleanliness under severe engine conditions

  • Anti-oxidation and wear resistance – prolongs lubricant performance and engine life

  • Free of chlorine – environmentally responsible and compatible with emission regulations

  • Boron content – enhances thermal stability and boosts dispersant efficiency

  • Strong alkalinity preservation – helps resist oil oxidation and neutralize acids

Applications:

  • Formulation of API SG and above gasoline engine oils

  • Suitable for API CF-4 and higher grade diesel engine oils

  • Ideal for blending low-emission, environment-friendly engine lubricants

  • Recommended for use in formulations requiring enhanced sludge control and dispersancy

Recommended Treat Rate:

  • 1.0% to 4.0% by weight, depending on performance targets and formulation requirements
