Description:
OZ 1441 is a super overbased synthetic calcium sulfonate additive with a Total Base Number (TBN) of 400, produced using white long-chain alkyl benzene sulfonic acid through a process of neutralization and high-alkalization. This high-performance detergent additive offers exceptional alkaline reserve capacity, strong acid neutralization, and excellent oil solubility, making it especially suitable for use in marine cylinder oils and heavy-duty lubricant formulations.
OZ 1441 rapidly neutralizes organic acids formed during combustion and oxidation, helping to prevent corrosion, control deposits, and extend engine life. It also provides high-temperature detergency and thermal stability, ensuring long-lasting protection in severe operating environments.
