Description:
N110 is a light-viscosity Group II base oil produced through advanced hydrocracking and hydrotreating processes. It offers a high viscosity index, very low sulfur content, and excellent oxidation stability, making it an ideal choice for formulating modern automotive and industrial lubricants. With its water-clear appearance and stable chemical structure, N110 provides a clean, efficient foundation for premium lubricant blends requiring light base stocks.
Production Process:
Hydrotreating / Hydrocracking: Removes aromatics and sulfur, yielding a high-purity base stock
Isodewaxing: Enhances low-temperature properties
Hydrofinishing: Final polishing step that improves oxidative stability and visual clarity
Key Technical Properties (Typical Values):
Viscosity @ 100°C: ~3.8–4.2 cSt
Viscosity Index (VI): 110–120
Flash Point (COC): >210°C
Pour Point: -18°C to -24°C
Color (ASTM D1500): L0.5 (water-clear)
Sulfur Content: ≤ 0.03%
Saturates: ≥ 90%
Oxidation Stability: Excellent
Volatility: Low, ideal for emissions-sensitive and low-viscosity applications
