Infineum T4294 – Automatic Transmission Fluid Additive Package

Infineum T4294 is a premium automatic transmission fluid (ATF) additive package developed by Infineum for use in high-performance DEXRON®-VI and MERCON® LV low-viscosity transmission fluid formulations. It is designed to deliver superior friction durability, oxidative stability, and wear protection, while ensuring fuel economy and long drain performance in modern step-type automatic transmissions.

The package supports a wide range of OEM specifications and is compatible with Group II and Group III base oils. It enables formulators to meet stringent industry standards for modern automatic transmission applications across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Recommended Treat Rate

Blending and Storage

• Blend at temperatures up to 65–70 °C with continuous agitation
• Ensure uniform mixing and compatibility with base stock selection
• Store in dry, cool, and covered conditions
• Avoid contamination with moisture or other chemicals
• Shelf life: 24 months in sealed original containers under proper storage conditions
