OZ 2629 is a specially formulated marine cylinder oil additive package developed to meet the stringent performance demands of modern marine engines. It is composed of a balanced blend of high-quality detergents, dispersants, and other functional components to ensure long-lasting protection under the severe operating conditions of slow-speed, crosshead marine diesel engines.

OZ 2629 is designed to deliver superior acid neutralization, thermal and oxidative stability, and exceptional corrosion protection, making it ideal for blending marine cylinder oils with Total Base Numbers (TBN) of 40 or 70. Field use has proven that lubricants formulated with OZ 2629 provide prolonged protection for engine cylinders, significantly extending engine life and reducing maintenance needs.
